There is a large car-park opposite the park in Cupar which has plenty of disabled bays. A toilet block is located in the car-park too. There is no cafe at the park but there's a Fisher & Donaldson that's a 2 minute drive away and I'd definitely recommend it - order at least 1 fudge doughnut!
In the park itself, which is where the river walk begins, there are large green spaces and a playpark for children. There is no accessible play equipment that I could see.
